2.1 Uploaded Images

• We do not store or permanently retain any images you upload for AI training or generation purposes.
• The images you upload are processed solely to generate outputs (e.g., AI‐generated photos). Once the generation is complete, the original uploaded images are not stored on our servers.

2.2 Generated Images

• Non-Favorited Images: By default, generated images are not stored. They are available during your session for download or review but are not retained after your session ends unless you choose to save them.
• Favorited Images: If you mark a generated image as a "favorite," we store that generated image using Supabase (our third‐party cloud storage provider). This allows you to access your favorited images later. We do not use, share, or sell these images for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

We may collect non‐personal information such as browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and session data for analytics and troubleshooting. This information helps us improve and optimize the Service.

2.4 AI Training and Model Processing

• We partner with Fal.ai to run the AI training and models. We are bound by their data policies, which you can review at Fal.ai's website.
• Images sent to Fal.ai for processing are handled according to Fal.ai's policies and your instructions. We do not store these images beyond the generation process.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Service Providers

We use third‐party service providers, such as Supabase (for cloud storage of favorited images) and Fal.ai (for AI model training and processing). These providers are contractually obligated to handle any personal data we share with them in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

3.2 No Sale or Commercial Sharing

We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your uploaded images, generated images, or other personal data for commercial or marketing purposes.

3.3 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded Images: Not retained. As soon as the AI generation process is complete, the original images are deleted from our systems.
• Favorited Images: Remain stored on Supabase until you decide to remove them or delete your account.
• Generated Model Parameters: We do not permanently store specific personalized models with user‐identifying data on our own servers. Fal.ai processes image data under their own data policy, and any derived parameters they temporarily store are used solely to provide the Service requested by you.
• Other Data: Technical and usage data may be retained in aggregated, non‐identifiable form to help us improve our services.

5. Security Measures

We use a variety of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data:

• Encryption: Where feasible, data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
• Access Controls: Only authorized employees or contractors have access to systems storing minimal amounts of personal data.
• Third‐Party Standards: Our service providers (Fal.ai, Supabase) have their own security standards and certifications, and they are contractually obligated to protect your data.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
